Up-left Arrow

The ↖️ emoji, known as the "Up-Left Arrow" or "North West Arrow," features a simple arrow pointing diagonally towards the upper left corner. It's used most often to indicate direction, movement, or placement—think pointing out something in the upper left of a screen, page, or image. On social media and in texting, people use the ↖️ emoji to draw attention to content, comments, or images located above or to the left of their message. It’s also sometimes used metaphorically to suggest looking back, moving upwards, or going off the beaten path. While not as popular as some other directional arrows, it fits well in visual instructions, digital presentations, or when giving navigation tips. If you want someone to look up and to the left, this is the emoji to drop.
